Work is well under way on turning the International Ballroom at the Beverly Hilton Hotel into a glittering showroom ready for the star-studded Golden Globes ceremony on Sunday.
As well as the ballroom itself, teams of workmen have been busy all week preparing the driveway, the entranceway, the portico and putting up the bleachers which on awards day will be filled with fans lining the famous red carpet.
Truckloads of flowers and hundreds of cases of champagne are arriving while those lucky enough to have tickets for the show are picking them up from an area specially set up by the Hollywood Foreign Press.
Kitchen staff, Sylvestre, Luis Rivas, Abel and Armando (l/R) prepare for what will for sure be their busiest weekend of the year.
