Andrew Garfield, Golden Globe nominee as Best Supporting Actor for “The Social Network”, said to HFPA journalists:
“I had used Facebook before, I had my own personal account, then I realized that I was wasting a lot of time on it, actually, so I stopped. But I admire it greatly, it’s a true invention of alchemy and magic, we should undoubtedly be in awe of it. I feel like Mark Zuckerberg has created something that revolutionized the way we communicate, has tapped into something very genuine and human about us, and it’s very exciting.”
