HFPA ANNOUNCES TIMETABLE FOR “THE 66th ANNUAL GOLDEN GLOBE AWARDS”
Jorge Camara, President of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, announced the timetable for “The 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards” to be telecast Sunday, January 11, 2009 from 8-11 PM (EST) live from The Beverly Hilton on NBC.

COVERING THE ENTERTAINMENT CAPITAL FOR 65 YEARS
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s annual Golden Globe Awards have enabled the non-profit organization to donate more than $7.7 million in the past thirteen years to entertainment-related charities, as well as funding scholarships and other programs for future film and television professionals. In the year 2007 the donation was more than 1.2 million dollars, the largest tally ever distributed in the organization's history.
